Quick answer
Stake Dice is an in-house Stake game played with a 100-sided virtual die: each roll lands between 0 and 100. You set a target, then Roll Over or Roll Under it. Stake sets its RTP at 99%, a 1% house edge. The lower your Win Chance, the higher the multiplier.

Your target and its direction set your Win Chance. Roll Over wins above the target, so the chance is 100 minus the target; Roll Under wins below it, so the chance equals the target. Because Stake sets the RTP at 99%, the Multiplier is 99 divided by that chance in %. Stake’s Dice page shows this at work: Roll Over 50.50 is a 49.5% chance and pays 2x.
Stake gives 9,900x as the top Dice multiplier on its Mines page, in a short description of Dice. By the rule above, a 9,900x multiplier means a 0.01% Win Chance, since 99 divided by 0.01 is 9,900: that is the last row of the table.
Stake lists a single RTP for Dice, 99%, and says it stays the same across setups. Over a long run of rolls that is about $1 kept for every $100 wagered. From Bronze VIP ($10,000 wagered), or from sign-up with code BONUSTIIME once Stake support activates it, Stake’s rakeback returns 3.5% of that edge, about 3.5 cents per $100.
Limbo, which Stake describes as based on dice, and Crash are two other pick-a-target Originals, both at 99% RTP. To compare every Original, see our house edge table.

No Win Chance beats the edge: the chance times the payout comes back to 99% on every setting. A 50% chance pays 1.98x, not 2x, and the missing 1% is the house edge.
Stake’s Dice page lists betting systems such as Martingale and Paroli, and says none can guarantee a win. Doubling your bet after each loss (Martingale) does not change the edge, even when Auto does it for you. It makes losing runs more expensive, and it stops at Stake’s maximum bet and maximum profit per bet.

Dice turns your seeds into one result between 0 and 100 per roll. Your target and Roll Over or Roll Under only decide whether that result wins.

Check Stake's terms for how Originals count toward wagering. The €30 needs a €20 deposit, so it is not a no deposit bonus.
No. Each roll comes from your client seed, Stake's server seed and the nonce, and Stake shows you the server seed's hash first. Once you rotate the seed, you can recompute any past roll and check its result against the target you set.
Stake lists Dice's RTP at 99%, which leaves a 1% house edge, and says it stays the same across setups. Over many rolls that is about $1 kept per $100 wagered.
Stake gives 9,900x as the top Dice multiplier, on its Mines page. Since the Multiplier is 99 divided by the Win Chance, that top figure means a 0.01% Win Chance: 99 divided by 0.01 is 9,900. Any win is also capped by Stake's maximum profit per bet.
Both are Stake Originals with a 0 to 100 slider and a 99% RTP. Dice has one target that you roll over or under. Prime Dice adds Roll Between and range betting, so you can cover up to two ranges, such as 1 to 20 and 30 to 35.
49.5%, for example Roll Over 50.50 or Roll Under 49.50, since 99 divided by 49.5 is 2. A 50% chance pays 1.98x instead: the gap is the 1% house edge.
No. Only the Win Chance counts. Roll Over 75 wins on results above 75 and Roll Under 25 on results below 25: each covers a quarter of the 0 to 100 range, so both are a 25% chance and pay 3.96x, 99 divided by 25.
